Some send connectors may hinder your journal rule and prevent Vade for M365 from working properly. You need to create a new your connector to fix this issue.
You need a Tenant Admin account to perform this task.
1. Find your connectors.
* Log in to Microsoft 365 admin center.
* Click Show all in the left menu.
* Go to Exchange > Mail flow >Connectors.
2. Click Add a connector to create a new connector.
3. Specify your mail flow scenario from Office 365 to Partner organization and click Next:
4. Enter a name for your new connector (and select to turn it on) and click Next.
5. Specify when you want to use your connector.
* Select Only when email messages are sent to these domains.
* Add the m365.us.vadesecure.com (or m365.eu.vadesecure.com / m365.asia.vadesecure.com / m365.de.vadesecure.com domain depending on your location registered on Partner portal by your reseller).
* Click Next.
6. Specify how you want to route email message.
* Select Route email through these smart hosts
* Add mx-m365.us.vadesecure.com (or m365.eu.vadesecure.com / m365.asia.vadesecure.com / m365.de.vadesecure.com domain depending on your location registered on Partner portal by your reseller).
* Click Next.
7. Specify how Microsoft 365 should connect to your email server.
* Check the Always use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to secure the connection (recommended) box.
* Click Issued by a trusted certificate authority (CA).
* Click Next.
8. Validate your new connector.
* Add journal@m365.us.vadesecure.com (or journal@m365.eu.vadesecure.com / journal@m365.asia.vadesecure.com / journal@m365.de.vadesecure.com domain depending on your location registered on Partner portal by your reseller).
* Click Validate.
