Some outbound connectors may hinder your journal rule and prevent Vade Secure for Microsoft 365 from working properly. You need to create a new connector to fix this issue.
You need a Tenant Admin account to perform this task.
1. Find your connectors.
* Log in to Microsoft 365 admin center .
* Click Show all in the left menu.
* Go to Exchange > mail flow > connectors.
2. Click the + icon to create a new connector.
3. Specify your mail flow scenario.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter a name for your new connector.
6. Click Next.
7. Specify when you want to use your connector.
* Select Only when email messages are sent to these domains.
* Add the m365.eu.vadesecure.com or m365.us.vadesecure.com domain depending on your location.
* Click Next.
8. Specify how you want to route email message.
* Select Route email through these smart hosts.
9. Specify how Microsoft 365 should connect to your email server.
* Check the Always use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to secure the connection (recommended) box.
* Click Issued by a trusted certificate authority (CA).
* Click Next.
10. Check the configuration of your new connector.
11. Click Next.
12. Validate your new connector.
* Add journal@m365.eu.vadesecure.com or journal@m365.us.vadesecure.com depending on your location.
* Click Validate.
You created a new connector. Vade Secure for Microsoft 365 should start receiving your mail flow seamlessly within minutes.
